Senior Project Director – Industrial Construction (Relocation to Saudi Arabia)

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Director to oversee large-scale industrial construction programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full operational oversight of construction projects across KSA, ensuring deadlines, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Drive process optimization and efficient resource allocation to maximize project performance
• Coordinate workforce planning, staff deployment, and personnel movement across project sites
• Lead financial supervision, including cost control and budget adherence
• Analyze and forecast key project indicators, ensuring strategic alignment and timely execution
• Build and develop high-performing project teams through effective recruitment, training, and motivation
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Clients, maintaining strong and transparent communication
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to Clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance through active engagement with local regulatory bodies and authorities
• Oversee continuous monitoring of project progress and proactively resolve operational issues
• Provide strong leadership and coordination across all project teams and functions

Requirements

• Solid background in industrial construction (mandatory)
• Higher education in engineering, construction, or a related technical field
• Proven experience managing international construction projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams of 500+ employees
• Minimum of 5 years in a senior management role within a construction company
• Successful delivery of large-scale projects valued at 1+ billion rubles
• Strong executive competencies: leadership, strategic thinking, multitasking, accountability, negotiation, and team development
• Deep knowledge of construction regulations, design standards, technical documentation, environmental and subsoil regulations, pricing principles, economics, labor legislation, and production organization
• Strong command of Excel, including advanced formula usage
• Advanced English proficiency
