Our client, a dynamically developing consulting company and successor to an international firm, is looking for a candidate for the role of:

Senior Accounting Leader (Consulting)

This vacancy is open due to the expansion of our client’s team. This role will report to the Chief Accountant and coordinate the work of several employees. The accounting department consists of 7 people.

Objectives

• Recognizing revenue, calculating value-added tax and other tax obligations, accounting for settlements with clients and subcontractors, and analyzing service costs.

• Coordinating the terms of income generating contracts regarding invoicing and payment conditions, minimizing tax and financial risks when concluding deals with clients.

• Coordinating the team in the preparation and issuance of primary accounting documents for service delivery (invoices, acts, VAT invoices, and reporting documents).

• Daily accounting of client income and subcontractor payments, monitoring of receivables, performing reconciliations of settlements, and preparing reports.

• Forming registers for accounting, tax, and management purposes, participating in inventories and audits, and preparing responses to requests from tax authorities.

Expectations

• Higher education.

• 5+ years of experience in key management positions in the accounting departments of consulting firms or other service industries with active foreign economic activities.

• Experience managing settlements under agency and commission agreements.

• Knowledge of the regulatory framework for accounting and taxation, including VAT, corporate income tax, and currency transaction management.

• Proficiency in English at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.

• Confident user of 1C, Excel, and electronic document management systems.
