Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full licensed fintech build‑out program, ensuring alignment with regulatory, technical, operational, and business objectives.
- Support the licensing process with UAE regulators, coordinating documentation, submissions and timelines with the Compliance and Legal teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan covering technology, product, compliance, operations, risk, marketing, and vendor onboarding.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (legal, compliance, tech, product, finance, operations) and manage external partners, consultants, and vendors.
- Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery.
- Prepare and present regular status updates to senior leadership and steering committees.
- Drive structured execution, governance, and documentation across all project phases.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing financial services or digital banking projects.
- In-principle understanding of regulatory frameworks, licensing processes, and digital banking operating and technical models.
- Exceptional project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, high‑stakes environment.
- Knowledge and real experience of working with standard PM frameworks such as Scrum, Agile, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- English fluency is a must.
