ENERGON is Russian industrial battery manufacturer and trader, one of the market leaders since 1998. Currently we are developing new products therefore we are searching for a new team member in China.

The mission of this vacancy is to provide efficient relations between manufacturers / suppliers in China and Russian teams (product managers, procurement, engineers, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Search for suppliers according to the product (technical specification, performance features) and supplier requirements (terms, location)
• Supplier pool formation, face-to-face primary negotiations, visits, company and production initial audit, audit reports
• On-site work with new suppliers at all stages - from initial interaction to the release of goods – in cooperation with Moscow office procurement team
  Improve procurement indicators: reducing production and logistics rate, improving trade terms (discounts, payment delays, etc.)
• Prompt purchase and sending samples of new product categories
• Work with local laboratories – searching and negotiating, execution of contracts, sample tests organizing and supervising
• Organization and support on-site testing of equipment by ENERGON engineers on the basis of manufacturers' testing laboratories
• Organization and support on-site visits of ENERGON representatives in Asian countries to selected and new suppliers
• Organization and conduct output quality control inspections for new products - in-person presence

We expect our future colleague to:

• Be result-oriented, responsible, initiative professional
• Have relevant experience (electrical engineering trading/manufacturing companies) or ready to know more about this market
• Have technical education
• Speak Chinese (fluent or mother-tongue), speak fluent English to communicate with teams in Russia
• Easily work with such tools as PPTX, Excel
• Be ready for frequent domestic and international business trips
• Feel comfortable during business meetings, industry exhibitions and events, public performance
