Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the overall CPP film production process (24/7) and equipment to achieve the planned production volume, ensuring product quality at optimal operating costs.
• Control over the film production plan (quantity, thickness, customers), according to the plan.
• Quality control 24/7. Monitor how each stage of production works, controlling the quality of products according to the first signs at each stage;
• Monitor The Commissioning/Readjustment/Repair of equipment. Based on the shift-daily task, control the PLC tasks in the program for the release of SPP film for a new type of product. Setting up. Organization of minor repairs under the supervision of the chief engineer (if required);
• Transfer + Placement of finished products in the warehouse. Control over the movement of finished products to the warehouse, according to the allocated places.
• Collects reports from shift supervisors closing shifts. Analyzes information about the work performed based on reports on the performance of shift-daily tasks, malfunctions, etc.).
Requirements:

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​• Higher technical education in chemistry and relevant professional experience in production of BOPET/BOPP/CPP/Metallizer products , organization of production processes and equipment control;

• English speaking

• Customer orientated and proactive to exeed expectations of the customer and understand the relationship between customer satisfaction and business impact and act accordingly

• The ability to find innovative solutions for BOPET/BOPP/CPP/Metallizer products

• A good leader for a team with the ability to create an atmosphere of trust, mutual respect and a collaborative approach in the team. Take personal responsibility for achieving results.
• The ability to solve problems using a logical and systematic approach
• Identify opportunities for new products
• The ability to train and develop skills in the tems and to be a mentor.
