The international company Maison Marom is looking for a Business Assistant of Managing partner

The position involves subsequent relocation to Armenia.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Daily Schedule Management:

• Planning and coordinating meetings, calls, and business trips.

• Maintaining the calendar, sending reminders about key tasks and deadlines.

• Preparing agendas for meetings and gathering necessary information.

Documentation Handling:

• Preparing reports, presentations, and analytical materials.

• Organizing and managing business correspondence.

• Monitoring task execution and working with internal systems and databases.

Team Coordination:

• Acting as a liaison between company departments.

• Coordinating with contractors, partners, clients, and government authorities.

• Assisting in document preparation

Personal Assistance:

• Organizing travel arrangements, booking tickets and accommodations.

• Handling urgent matters related to the co-owner’s personal needs.

WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU IN THIS ROLE?

• Higher education (preferably in economics, management, or law).

• At least 2 years of experience as an assistant, business assistant

• Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

• Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of responsibility.

• Knowledge of business etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills.

• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
