We are seeking a talented and dynamic Operations Manager to join our enthusiastic team at Collect & Pay LTD, one of the companies in Collect Group Holdings. It is licensed Fintech company that provides International SWIFT Payment Solution for Business. If you're passionate about driving operational excellence and eager to make a significant impact in the fintech industry, this is your opportunity to shine! Yu will play a crucial role in shaping our operational processes and contributing to the growth of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Working in our own payment platform and CRM
• Prepare and organize documents and bank applications
• Update account information and ensure accuracy in customer records
• Communicating with stakeholders about shifting company priorities and projects
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
• Identifying potential problems and points of friction and finding solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue
• Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course based on market changes
• Prepare and submit required reports
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administrator, Legal education or related field
• Familiarity with business processes and financial principles
• Experience in Banking field (SWIFT) and/or FIU and/or Compliance
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Russian and English language is a must
