At the moment we are looking for a Customer support specialist, who can respond to customer inquiries on the night shift (5 days a week from 00:00 to 09:00 Moscow time).

What you will do:

• Client Trading Monitoring

• Customer communication support

• Develop yourself in the field of finance, trading, and IT

To join us you need to:

• Have experience and knowledge in crypto/trading
• Fluent Russian + English C1
• Being disciplined and being able to find an approach to any client

• Have problem-solving skills
