ОК РУСАЛ приглашает кандидатов на позицию Начальника отдела международной логистики.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage the units’ logistics team to constantly and sustainably achieve the purpose of the role;
• Strategically plan and manage business activities of delivery networks focusing on operational and commercial efficiency;
• Incorporate company procedures and policies in operations of the business unit;
• Build and maintain strong and productive relationships with internal and external participants of the supply chain;
• Participate in the Company’s development projects and continuous improvement programmes;
• Maintain and optimise commercial and operational efficiency of the existing supply chains; develop new delivery network solutions; drive through market competition;
• Identify and manage operational and commercial risks;
• Explore and analyze market trends and identify new opportunities in assigned region;
• Research the market and implement best logistics practices in the Company’s supply chain with a specific focus on the service quality improvement and operational cost reduction;
• Work on requirements provided by senior management whenever required.

• Bachelor or Master degree and Business/Economics. Commercial and marketing courses will be a plus;
• Al least 6 years minimum in industrial metals trading and logistics environment;

• English – fluent, other languages is an advantage;

• Advanced knowledge of any document flow system;

• Strong knowledge of MO;

• Strong negotiating skills, in-depth knowledge of industry’s customs, requirements, quality standards and types of aluminium products;

• Advanced practical knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding (ports, warehousing, sea-, barge-, rail- and truck freight), customs/VAT/fiscal operations, trade financing, documentary operations, payments, insurance.
