Role Summary:
MTLAB is seeking a high-level Machine Learning Engineer. This role includes developing, deploying, and optimizing models for real-time interactions, such as recommendation systems, natural language processing, and location-based features, to power customer experience in physical world.

Responsibilities:
• Design and implement ML models for real-time product recommendations and location-based services.
• Develop and fine-tune NLP models for interactive chat and product search functions.
• Leverage LangChain to build advanced conversational AI features.
• Integrate and optimize vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Milvus) for managing embeddings and real-time data access.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models.
• Optimize models for performance and scalability to meet increasing user demand.
• Develop efficient APIs for smooth integration with front-end and other services.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in ML, ideally within AI-driven products.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Experience with NLP, embeddings, and vector databases (Qdrant, Milvus).
• Proficiency with LangChain for building conversational AI applications.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP).
• Strong experience in building and tuning recommendation systems.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend integration (FastAPI experience is a plus).
