UFG Wealth Management – a well-established international multifamily office is looking to hire a qualified Lawyer/ Senior Lawyer.

As a family office Lawyer/ Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to high-net-worth families. You will typically work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and goals and develop customized legal strategies to help them achieve their objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Design and set-up of private ownership structures for HNWIs in various jurisdictions;
• Elaboration of strategies for succession planning of business and private assets, family and corporate governance;
• Legal advice on private M&A deals, corporate law, restructurings;
• Legal advice on matters of private international law, including family and inheritance law;
• Legal risk management: identifying potential legal risks and developing strategies to mitigate them;
• Advice on currency control regulations, compliance and other areas of law;
• Keeping up-to-date on relevant legal developments and trends in order to provide the best possible solutions to clients;
• Participation in marketing activities (internal and external events, webinars etc.).

Requirements:

• 8+ year PQE minimum relevant legal experience;
• Experience in one of the leading Russian or international consulting firms and/or “single/multi family office” will be an advantage;
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate junior colleagues, providers and other lines of services and to prioritize workflow while adhering to strict deadlines and excellent work and accuracy;
• Excellent command of English (both oral and written);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Flexible, adaptable and responsive character;
• Good presentation skills with a strong commercial and legal mindset to be able to advise clients on various issues and conclusions;

• Stress-resistant;
• Problem solver, reliable person, willing to learn fast;
• Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
