Requirements:

• Experience teaching kids and teenagers
• TESOL major / TESOL certificate
• Advanced or Proficiency English level

We strongly believe that learning English in a camp environment should be done through fun activities focused on developing various non-language skills. We’re looking for someone who will be not just a language teacher, but a mentor, sincerely interested in getting to know their students.

Our programs are focused on the campers’ intellectual and emotional development through their interests, and teachers sharing their own passions with their students. Therefore the additional requirement for a teaching position is to possess expertise in one of the following fields:

• architecture

• drama

• chemistry

• visual arts

• music composition

• urban design

• public speech/journalism

• engineering

• etc.

Working in the camp is an opportunity to express your creativity, venture into the unexplored depth of your professional passion while being an inspiration to the new generation. It is a place to experiment and progress free of the bounds of school curriculum.

Responsibilities:

• Teaching English as a foreign language to kid and teen groups (4 hours per day)

• Following the lesson plans provided by the camp

• Teaching a series of workshops (depending on your field of expertise)

• Taking part in developing the workshop curriculum

• Participating in extracurricular activities and camp events

• Being an active part of the camp society

Working Conditions:

• overnight camp, 7-day sessions (staying at the campsite overnight is optional)

• meals and accommodation provided

• payment method: self-employed or temporary contract
