We are EastTechConnect, a dynamic international recruiting agency connecting top-tier talent with fast-growing digital projects in IT, FinTech, EdTech, Marketplaces, and Telecom sectors. We are currently seeking highly motivated, Thai-fluent professionals to join an exciting international project focused on the vibrant Thai digital entertainment market.

We are hiring for two distinct, yet complementary roles: Junior Affiliate Manager/Media Buyer - we welcome applications from entry-level candidates and beginners who possess a strong desire to learn and grow fast. Prior experience is beneficial but not strictly required.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner Acquisition & Sourcing: Identify, prospect, and onboard new partners, channels, and placement opportunities across the Thai digital landscape, including webmasters, affiliate networks, social media groups, niche Telegram channels, TikTok accounts, and small influencers.
  • Negotiation & Deal Making: Negotiate all commercial terms, pricing, placement formats, discounts, and long-term partnership deals with both large affiliate networks and individual channel admins/creators.
  • Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day communication, supply necessary promo materials, resolve operational issues promptly, and maintain positive, ongoing relationships for repeat placements and strategic deals.
  • Campaign Execution & Tracking: Generate, manage, and track UTM links; request and prepare creative materials as needed. Maintain a detailed tracking sheet and database of high-performing channels and partners.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor key metrics (traffic, clicks, registrations, deposits) and evaluate cost-effectiveness and placement efficiency. Analyze performance data to optimize ongoing campaigns for better results.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Provide clear daily/weekly reports on campaign performance to the management and marketing teams. Actively look for non-standard advertising spots and strategic opportunities (niche communities, closed chats, entertainment pages, etc.).

What we expect:

  • Language proficiency in Thai and English.

  • Confident user of Google Sheets/Excel for data tracking and analysis.

  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented approach.

  • Advantage:

    • Experience in the Thailand market is a strong plus.

    • Experience in one or more of the following will be a plus: Media Buying, Affiliate Marketing, Influencer Management, or Social Media Advertising.

    • Familiarity with tracking tools (Keitaro / Voluum / similar).

    • Understanding of key performance metrics (CTR, CPM, ER, Conversions) and UTM tags.

Conditions & Compensation

  • Fully remote, 5/2 (8-hour work shifts),

  • Fixed monthly salary is $770 per month (negotiable based on performance and experience after successful probation period),
