Key Responsibilities

• Participate in audit engagements and process requests for data
• Collection, processing, and consolidation of data from subsidiaries
• Analysis of financial indicators and preparation of explanatory materials
• Interaction with external auditors, consultants, and internal departments
• Participation in the automation of reporting processes
• Monitoring compliance with IFRS requirements and internal company standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics
• At least 3 years of experience in Big4 or in-house IFRS financial reporting department
• Knowledge of consolidation principles, financial statement transformation, and IFRS accounting
• Ability to work with large volumes of data, strong analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills (both in Russian and English)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-changing business environment
• Strong Excel skills
