Ozon is looking for a highly motivated and talented individual for the Junior Analyst position in our M&A and Corporate Development team.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Potential targets pipeline: market research, business model analysis, financial analysis;
• Business valuation and modeling;
• Preparation of presentation materials for top management;
• Due diligence and communication with advisers, deal structuring and participation in preparation of legal documentation, post-merger integration;
• Various strategic non-equity partnerships and projects.

Skills and competencies required:

• Higher education in finance or economics from a reputable university;
• Relevant work experience within PE / In-house M&A / IB / Big-4 Valuation - will be an advantage;
• Perfect profound corporate finance knowledge;
• Good understanding of business models in the tech sector - will be an advantage;
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure;
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
