MedTech as a part of Johnson & Johnson is looking for a candidate for Health Care Compliance Specialist located in Moscow.

Principal Objective of the Position:

• Introduce and maintain the Health Care Compliance (HCC) program within the respective Sectors/ Business units in Russia & CIS to ensure business practices and activities are in compliance with related J&J internal guidelines, local laws and regulations and anti-corruption laws including the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
• This position reports to the Health Care Compliance Officer – Russia & CIS.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

• Other duties may be assigned.
• Ensure the HCC requirements are adhered by the Business

PROFILE:

• Recent work experience in Compliance, Finance, Legal or Regulatory during minimum 1 year
• Requires strong communication and analytical skills
• Requires comprehensive English skills- written and spoken

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:

• Higher education in compliance /finance /legal

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Deals well with ambiguity strong process and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well between functions and effective negotiating skills are essential.
