Our client, an international Company, is looking for а GR manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with government authorities and key stakeholders to support the Company's business objectives.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory changes, assess business impact, and coordinate appropriate actions with internal teams.
• Support meetings between Company management and government officials, including preparation of briefing materials and follow-up activities.
• Prepare official correspondence and manage communication with public authorities.
• Represent the Company in industry associations and support other Government Relations initiatives.

Requirements:

Professional Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Government Relations or relevant government institutions (preferably the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry & Trade, or Ministry of Digital Development).
• Strong network of contacts within federal government authorities.
  Solid understanding of the Russian government structure, legislative process, and public decision-making.
• Higher education in Law, Political Science, Economics, Public Administration, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with experience in official business correspondence. Analytical mindset with the ability to assess the business impact of regulatory changes.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
