The international company Maison Marom is looking for a Financial Director for Management team

The position involves subsequent relocation to Armenia.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Financial Management:

• Develop and implement financial strategies for each business units.

• Budgeting, financial planning, and budget execution control.

• Analyze profitability across business units and identify growth opportunities.

Financial Control and Reporting:

• Build and optimize the management accounting system.

• Prepare consolidated financial statements.

• Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.

Analytics and Investments:

​•​Prepare analytical reports for stakeholders and investors.

​•​Evaluate new investment projects and participate in fundraising.

​•​Manage cash flows and optimize cost structures.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead the finance department and enhance team expertise.

• Collaborate with banks, auditors, and tax authorities.

• Participate in key business decision-making alongside other executives.

WHAT QUALITIES AND EXPERIENCE WILL HELP YOU IN THIS ROLE?

• Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting.

• At least 5 years of experience as a CFO or Deputy CFO.

• Proven experience with multi-sector businesses (retail, foodservice, FMCG preferred).

• Deep knowledge of management accounting, tax legislation, and financial analytics.

• Strong analytical skills, a systematic approach, and experience working with large datasets.

• Leadership abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher;
