What We’re Looking For:•
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Industrial, Electronics, or Computer Science).
•
Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming using structured text and ladder languages.
•
Language Proficiency: English skills to facilitate effective communication.
•
Willingness to Travel: Flexibility for business trips within Russia and beyond, with a valid foreign passport.
Your Key Responsibilities:• Program PLCs using ladder and structured text for leading brands like Rockwell, Siemens, and BR.
• Configure communication buses, VFDs, and network-managed switches.
• Set up upstream and downstream interlocks for third-party equipment.
• Integrate automation peripherals such as labelers, checkweighers, barcode readers, and vision cameras.
• Interpret electrical schematics and supervise electrical tasks.
• Coordinate with contractors, ensuring alignment with project managers and customer supervisors.
• Monitor project timelines and report progress to project managers.
• Lead the start-up process from our headquarters before final commissioning at customer sites.
• Document equipment and project specifications meticulously.
• Train operators and supervisors on equipment usage.
• Provide field service support by diagnosing errors/failures and implementing preventive measures.
