Business Process Manager, Compliance Liaison/ Менеджер по бизнес-процессам и соблюдению политик и процедур

Reporting line:

• OEC Director
• Finance Director – legally and in company structure

Responsibilities:

Compliance:

• Support effectiveness of compliance program in terms of monitoring of business activities, conducting Due Diligence of 3-rd parties, SOPs localization, compliance trainings provision including onboarding, compliance communication campaign;
• Act as a compliance partner for BUs: Oncology, Immunology, Commercial Operations, Market Access in terms of projects compliance support;
• Act as a co-secretary in compliance committee;
• Consultation provision on procedures and policies, due diligence process, needed systems approvals (MAP);
• Compliance projects participation and support;
• Processes optimization support for both compliance and finance.

Finance:

• Trainings provision;
• Delegation of authority matrix update;
• QuickSign system support.

Requirements:

• Higher education (Legal, Finance, Economy);
• Relevant experience in the field of compliance not less than 2 years in pharmaceutical industry (from the position of compliance specialist/manager);
• Understanding of compliance principles in pharma, understanding of elements of compliance system;
• Familiarity with AIPM Code;
• Good communicator including training provision;
• PPT skills for making trainings decks;
• Team-player;
• Desire to grow and out-of-box thinking;
• English – not less than upper Intermediate.
