MoonExpert is a payment system with a robust online banking infrastructure suitable for most online businesses. A guide to the world of e-commerce and consulting.

We provide a full range of marketing services for e-commerce - from market research and consulting to BTL.

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our team, whose main task is to develop, structure and describe the company's business processes in order to optimize and digitalize them.

What is to be done:

• Development, structuring and up-to-date maintenance of a detailed description of the company's business processes.
• Participation in the planning of digitalization and optimization of the work of employees of the company's business units.
• Validation and accounting of administrative changes in the company's business processes.
• Participation in the design of improvements to systems/tools used by employees of business units
• Documentation of the IT landscape of tools used by employees of business units, the ways and composition of data integrated/transmitted between systems.
• Development and monitoring of employee performance metrics in order to identify effective ways to optimize work.

Our expectations from the candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Computer and Information Science required; Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to collect and compile relevant data.
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail.
• Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
• Strong business analysis skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Thorough understanding of the company's business processes and the industry at large.
• Ability to handle databases and understand technology-driven business intelligence tools.
