We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, identifying risks, and providing data-driven insights to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization

• Participate in the development and negotiation of the business plan of the project, identifying risks.

• Monitoring and control of the implementation of project plan, finding solutions to problems during delivery of project

• Gather and analyze data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations for business decision-making

• Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project plans

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements

• Create clear and concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership

• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of business solutions and systems

• Monitor and measure the performance of implemented solutions and initiatives, and provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for improvement

• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and incorporate them into the analysis and recommendation process

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze complex data from multiple sources

• English language C1 level

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling, data analysis, and requirements gathering

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Microsoft Excel, or Power BI
