Responsibilities:
Managing and execution the process of metrics/VP forecasting, analysis, understanding, distribution for countries included in RSM region and users which are authorized to get such reporting.
Managing and execution the process of Promotions, Promotions tracking and analysis of actual results (including post-promo analysis). Understanding and building close link between promo, metrics and financials.

Management and execution of product performance analysis.
Management development and execution of events analysis.
Development of management reporting / dashboards. Provide regular reporting to support business growth (decision making).
Business support within job responsibilities. Implement culture of valuable comments.
Elevate the financial culture across organization by collaborating closely with other functions by building strong professional relationship.
Train other functional teams in terms of numbers/reports/analysis.
Projects analysis.
Development and improvement of internal FP&A & BI processes.
Ad-hock reporting and analysis design and preparation.
People management and development.
Back-up to colleagues during their absence.
English language (subordination to the global manager).
Fast learning.
Forward thinking and strong analytical skills.
Review and improvement (automatization) of current business process to build it better
Office in the center of Moscow (metro station Kurskaya).
