• Design and develop the company’s BI layer to ensure consistent metrics and definitions across teams

• Develop and support reliable dashboards, and key metrics for product, marketing, and business teams

• Implement automated data validation, monitoring, and anomaly-detection within the BI environment

• Optimize SQL queries, Python scripts and data transformations for performance on large datasets

• Automate reporting, data ingestion, and transformation workflows using Python and orchestration tools

• Participate in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines and data architecture

• Ensure data quality, consistency, and observability across the BI and analytics stack

• 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics / BI with a strong engineering focus

• Advanced SQL skills, including optimization for large-scale datasets

• Strong Python skills (data processing, automation, pipeline development)

• Hands-on experience building BI systems (preferably Power BI) , data marts, and automated reporting pipelines

• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL/ELT architecture

• English — B2+
• Russian - C1+
