Analyst (Collection)

???? Location: India, Gurgaon (Office/Hybrid)
???? Experience: from 3 years
???? Salary: from €4,000 gross/month
???? Payments: Monthly

What you'll do:
???? Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other reports, as well as conduct analysis;
???? Develop analytical reports and presentations for top management;
???? Analyze current business metrics and provide recommendations for improvement;
✅ Ensure accurate reporting and performance analysis against historical data and budget;
???? Develop and monitor key collection efficiency indicators (Recovery Rate, PTP, Kept PTP, Gross Efficiency, etc.).

What we expect:
✈️ Willingness to relocate to India, Gurgaon;
???? Higher education (Mathematics/Engineering/Economics);
???? 3+ years of experience as an Analyst in the Collection field;
???? Advanced knowledge of SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex queries, stored procedures);
???? Experience with Power BI or other BI tools;
???? Conversational English (B2+).
???? Python knowledge is a plus;
