Tax Manager

Investment company

Location – Cyprus/Limassol

Reporting to CFO

Main responsibilities:

• Structuring tax processes within the company
• Tax planning and optimization opportunities (CIT, PIT, VAT)
• Dealing with corporate tax matters, including completion and submission of forms and coordination with authorities;
• Dealing with VAT, VIES matters, including completion and submission of declarations and coordination with authorities;
• Dealing with employees personal income taxes;
• Dealing with financial transaction taxes;
• Dealing with US taxes. Act as QI responsible officer of the Company;
• Communication with external advisors, auditors, lawyers

Experience & Required education:

• 5+ years in similar position (bank, broker, IB)
• Educated to bachelor’s degree level or the equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or a related field.
• Hold a professional accounting qualification such as the ACCA or ACA.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including formula use and pivot tables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
