Responsibilities:

Establish constructive independent communication with portfolio companies.

Assess needs in designated portfolio companies: develop a forecast plan for managing the credit position and monitor its execution (working capital, bank guarantees, payments on existing loans), minimizing interest rate and liquidity risks for assets.

Responsible for all financing-related matters of portfolio companies and the possibility of fund distribution to shareholders.

Plan total distributed cash for assets over a 1-2 year horizon.

Analyze existing credit deals (market rates, covenant package feasibility) and develop a plan to optimize these conditions.

Participate in new M&A activities and portfolio companies: structure financing and oversee subsequent deal management.

Restructure existing credit deals to meet new PEF needs when necessary and advocate positions with banks.

​​​​​​​Requirements:

University degree (mathematical or economic); CFA certification is highly desirable.

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in the credit division of a large bank (Top 10) or corporate finance in a major company, with a background in negotiating financing, M&A, and project financing.

Extensive knowledge and experience with credit deals, including LBO transactions, syndicated loans, and project financing (including hedges and derivatives).

Proven track record of independently managing projects.

Expertise in multiple industries (IT, Fintech, Retail, Telecom, Media) is advantageous.

Experience in structuring and restructuring loans/debt financing.

Deep understanding of PE funds, debt financing markets, and fair value assessment for investment projects.

Understanding of operational and financial business metrics, with the ability to independently build and analyze cash flow models across various industries.

Experience with credit and investment documentation (SHA, SPA, etc.).

Proficiency in English
