Strategy Finance Manager

We are looking for a Strategy Finance Manager to join the Strategic Finance team and support key management and investment decisions. The role focuses on in-depth financial analysis, long-term modeling, and preparation of materials for senior management and shareholders.

What you will do:

Develop long-term financial models, including scenario and investment modeling

Analyze investment projects and calculate their financial performance

Evaluate the value of the business, assets, and individual business lines

Prepare analytical materials and presentations for senior management and shareholders

Conduct industry analysis and competitive benchmarking

Support strategic initiatives, investment, and M&A projects

What is important to us:

Expert-level financial modeling and investment analysis skills

Experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, M&A, or Big 3 consulting

Strong understanding of corporate finance and business valuation

Ability to structure complex information and clearly communicate conclusions to the management

Fluent English, both written and spoken

High level of responsibility, independence, and stress resilience

Tech Stack (optional):

Excel

PowerPoint

Power BI / Tableau

Considered an asset (optional):

Experience participating in M&A transactions or investment committees

Understanding of international financial markets

Experience working on multi-country or cross-functional projects
