What You’ll Do

✅ Social Media Management: Maintaining an active presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Telegram through daily posts (feed, Stories, Reels/Shorts) with content adapted to each platform’s format and style.
✅ Content creation: shooting behind-the-scenes materials (short vertical videos using a smartphone).
✅ Assistance at All Stages of Production:
— Pre-production: Contributing to idea development, testing apps, websites, and AI tools.
— During production: Supporting the process organization, ordering and purchasing props.
— Post-production: Preparing screen recordings for editors, sourcing stock visuals, and assisting in post-production.
✅ Reporting & Analytics:
— Preparing monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience growth.
— Monitoring content performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Preferable Background

✅ Experience: Minimum 1 year in a similar role, ideally in the mobile app or IT industry.
✅ Language Skills: Fluent in Russian, with English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
✅ Key Traits: Strong work ethic, creativity, ambition, stress resistance, and punctuality.
✅ Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
