We’re growing rapidly and this position is a perfect opportunity to join our great PMLS Sales team and make difference in a medical devices business.
Our team is looking for a person who will be responsible for sales growth and development of PMLS product line (Patient Monitors, Anesthesia Machines, Ventilators, Defibrillators, Surgical lights, pendants, tables) in Moscow
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy planning in Moscow Region
- Explore, develop new partners, and consolidate sales network in assigned territories; coordinate with channel sales and marketing team members to manage and enhance relationship with existing sales distributors; train, manage and support distribution network for achieving sales targets
- Identify business opportunities in hospitals or Package contractor for achieving sales breakthroughs on product line and hospital departmental perspectives
- Collect, analyze information about the market, e.g. competitors' activities and customers’ requirements etc. for maximizing business opportunities
- Maintain relationship with end-users and KOL
- Provide advice and support to dealers
- Organize and participate in exhibitions, seminars and other promotion activities
What are we looking for in you?
Knowledge, Education and Competencies Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Medical, Bio-medical, Life Science or related discipline preferable
- Minimum 3 years of proven track record in Medical Device sales preferably in Patient Monitor, Anesthesia, Ventilator, Defibrillator, Surgical Table & Light, gained in major healthcare MNCs or their local distributors. Consumable products or other surgical or intensive care related equipment is also acceptable.
- Experienced in direct sales network
- Familiar with healthcare market and KOLs
- Good English communication skills (intermediate and above level)
- Self-motivated and good teamwork spirit
- Willing to travel
