Обязанности:

Our division is looking for a talented individual for the position of Retail Supervisor.
-
The area of responsibility of the Territorial Manager is up to 8 stores in different cities of Russia.
-
We are looking for a person who is confident to be able to personally impact positively the results of our stores from day 1; the brand has great growth ambition and we look for someone with the same confident and competent mindset.
-
Main task: Fulfillment and over fulfillment of sales plans in each store of its zone; this means supervising the fulfilment of the plan by the franchisee staff, but also *managing by example, taking on himself the responsibility of reaching the turnover goal of the store in the most problematic cases, selling directly to customers and providing concrete support to the staff of our stores.

Previous store management experience is a mandatory requirement

Working with franchising partners
-
Work in stores with frequent visits to check all internal processes, as well as constant remote control of the territory;
-
Monitoring and analysis of KPI.

Building a strategy for further actions;
-
Training and motivation of store employees, development of each team member;
-
Design of the trading floor and showcases in accordance with the standards of visual merchandising;

Interaction with the Italian office.
Требования:

Direct experience with proven track record of success in the position of store manager (shop staff of 10 people or more in key locations in the city) is a key prerequisite; *candidacies without the above will not be considered.*

Focus on commercial results.

Mobility, readiness for a large number of business trips (up to 75% of working time);
-
Leadership qualities and positive thinking;
-
Expert user of Excel and PowerPoint

We are also considering candidates with management experience in other FMCG as long as they are relatable to premium / luxury segment.

English language skills is mandatory at least at an intermediate level (fluent spoken and business English, which is required to interact with the head office in Italy and undergo training).

Knowledge of Italian is not mandatory, but is an advantage.

Registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
