Tasks that await you

Strategic business development management
You will lead projects aimed at finding new revenue streams, improving organizational efficiency, and expanding services in Russian and international markets. You will also manage cross-functional teams, launch operations in new countries, cities, and tariff zones, and delve into new business directions based on organizational needs.

We expect that you

• Have 2+ years of experience in project or product management, IB, private equity, or consulting
• Hold a technical or economic degree
• Have experience managing large-scale projects and competing tasks, especially under tight deadlines
• Can inspire and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve results
• Are skilled at structuring chaos and systematizing information
• Enjoy solving analytical tasks, building models, and taking a data-driven approach to your work
• Are capable of seeing the big picture while paying attention to details
• Can thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changes
