Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Middle Product Designer (3-5 years of experience) to join our dynamic EdTech team. In this role, you will work on designing intuitive and user friendly experiences for kids, parents and teachers worldwide. Your contributions will directly influence our video platform, lessons and courses interfaces, landing pages, and acquisition funnels, ensuring they provide the best experience and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and usability testing with B2C customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Design interfaces for student and teacher platforms, including video platforms, lessons, and course tools.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms in Figma.
• Design landing pages and acquisition funnels, collaborating with developers and using no-code tools to build them when needed.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with product managers and developers to implement and iterate on designs based on feedback and data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer or UI/UX Designer.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user-centered design processes, and design systems.
• Experience conducting UX research and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (not coding skills) and familiarity with how design is implemented in web applications.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers and QA engineers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience with no-code tools like Webflow or Tilda.

• Background in designing for educational platforms or B2C products.

• Experience in creating products for kids or teens is a major advantage.

• Familiarity with analytics tools for tracking and improving user experiences.
