We are looking for an English teacher to our bilingual AMI Montessori environment.

The aim of this position – is to provide English side of bilingual environment for children where they can acquire English language as their second and become fluent.

Our team is happy to share our experience in psychology and teaching, in Montessori method.

Responsibilities:

• Provide natural foreign language speech motivation.
• Develop speech skills in available and understandable gaps of live environment i.e. meeting, family, toys, animals, household, food and the others. English learning must be executed in communication environment.
• Individual, under-group, full group classes.
• Child care and babysitting together with Russian speaking carer during the day.
• Supports Montessori teacher in his activity, execute his requests and demands.
• English speaking only with the kids, play with the kids, accompany them outside, washing their hands, taking food etc.
• Time schedule executing and supervising.
• Group upkeep according to the rules.
• Maintain esteemed and friendly relations with the parents and help the teacher during supervision and parental meeting.

Requirements:

• Fluent English.
• True love and deep understanding towards children and the nature of learning process.
• Teaching experience of the similar age group (3-6 years) no less than 2 years.
• High education is welcomed (maybe not finished).
• Pre-school education pecularities knoweldege, especially arranging the work with pre-school and early age children.
• Knowing and following Montessori pedagogy is welcomed but not obligatory.

Terms and conditions:

• Working time schedule: Monday to Friday (work schedule is being discussed, 8.00-14.00).
• Work in Montessori kindergarten at Yelninskaya str., 15, building 3, Molodezhnaya metro station.
• Salary payment on time.
• Friendly colleagues.
• Meals included, we eat together with children.
