The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive ambitious business growth for Omnicomm. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B customer behavior, market trends, and marketing techniques tailored to enterprise-level, mid and small-market clients. The director will lead a team, working closely with sales, product, and operations to align marketing efforts with driving Ommicomm’s strategic ambition.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
a. Develop and implement a strategic plan to drive and support Omnicomm's ambitious goals for rapid international expansion.
• b. Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
c. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, operations, IT, etc.) to align marketing strategies with business goals and growth ambition.
d. Perform market research to understand industry trends, competitor positioning, and customer pain points.
e. Create a comprehensive communication strategy that incorporates a web portal designed to support and facilitate international expansion.
2. Campaign Management:
a. Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across numerous international markets, including digital (SEO, SEM, email), content marketing, webinars, trade shows, and more.
b. Analyze and measure campaign performance and adjust strategies for better ROI.
c. Manage the marketing budget to optimize spend and maximize results.
3. Lead Generation & Nurturing:
a. Develop and optimize lead generation campaigns to create a consistent flow of qualified leads for the sales team across various geographies.
b. Implement lead nurturing programs, leveraging email marketing, content, and automation to move prospects through the funnel.
4. Content Marketing:
a. Develop a content strategy that positions Omnicomm as a thought leader in the fuel management/telematics industry.
b. Lead in-source and outsource teams to create white papers, case studies, blog posts, videos, and other B2B-centric content.
c. Ensure content targets recruiting of new partners and addresses key decision-maker pain points.
5. Sales Enablement
a. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales collateral (presentations, brochures, case studies, etc.) that supports the selling process.
b. Create tools and resources to help sales reps engage partner prospects more effectively.
6. Brand Positioning & Messaging
a. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, highlighting the Omnicomm’s value proposition and differentiators in the B2B market.
b. Oversee PR and corporate communications strategies to build brand awareness.
7. Data Analytics & Reporting
a. Measure and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and campaign ROI.
b. Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
8. Team Leadership
a. Build, lead and mentor the B2B marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
b. Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 7-10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in B2B marketing roles.
• Proven experience in developing and executing B2B marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, demand generation, and inbound marketing tactics.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international teams and working collaboratively with sales.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Ability and willingness to travel
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Work schedule 5/2, relocation to Vietnam , Ho Chi Minh City
