Junior product manager participates in management of Commercial Non-Promo Rx products portfolio, provides tactical planning of products in direct responsibility, possesses addressable Market and Commercial Expertise in CVP Team.

General duties and responsibilities:

• Participates in strategy development, responsible for tactics development
• Performs products planning and development
• Manages portfolio promotion in line with Go2M model
• Ensures planning and execution of marketing budget in line with approved plan by size, time and items
• Ensures constant monitoring, analysis of addressable markets, products positioning and availability in the addressable market
• Initiates market research to identify new business opportunities and ways to improve the company’s products or services​​​​​​​

Job experience and qualification:

• Higher education (University degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics, Economics, Marketing & PR, others)
• Job experience 1+ years on positions of Junior Product Manager in generics, medical devices markets, key account management, trade-marketing management positions
• English Language Intermediate (oral & written)
• Junior Product Manager should know: theory of marketing and Key account management in pharmaceutical industry; business etiquette; Windows OS
• Business planning and control
• Excellent presentation, negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking, ability to analyze changing market conditions and ability to adapt to them
• Ability to make a decision
• Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
• Customer orientation
• Result-oriented approach
• Needs to be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
