Primary purpose of the position:Junior product manager participates in management of Commercial Non-Promo Rx products portfolio, provides tactical planning of products in direct responsibility, possesses addressable Market and Commercial Expertise in CVP Team.
General duties and responsibilities:
- Participates in strategy development, responsible for tactics development
- Performs products planning and development
- Manages portfolio promotion in line with Go2M model
- Ensures planning and execution of marketing budget in line with approved plan by size, time and items
- Ensures constant monitoring, analysis of addressable markets, products positioning and availability in the addressable market
- Initiates market research to identify new business opportunities and ways to improve the company’s products or services
Job experience and qualification:
- Higher education (University degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics, Economics, Marketing & PR, others)
- Job experience 1+ years on positions of Junior Product Manager in generics, medical devices markets, key account management, trade-marketing management positions
- English Language Intermediate (oral & written)
- Junior Product Manager should know: theory of marketing and Key account management in pharmaceutical industry; business etiquette; Windows OS
- Business planning and control
- Excellent presentation, negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking, ability to analyze changing market conditions and ability to adapt to them
- Ability to make a decision
- Innovative and out-of-the-box thinking
- Customer orientation
- Result-oriented approach
- Needs to be able to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
