Обязанности:

• Assisting Corporate Counsel in legal research, contract review, and analysis of regulatory requirements;
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents and agreements, adapting standard templates of the agreements and contracts considering specifics of the Russian legislation;
• Liaising with corporate secretaries, external legal counsels, patent attorneys on legal matters related to protection of IP property, confidential information, PD and etc.;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of internal legal policies and procedures, including those related to data privacy, IP protection, AML and other compliance requirements;
• Assist business units with KYC, KYBP checks, work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, finance in ensuring compliance with AML regulations, KYC requirements, and other applicable regulations;
• Assisting Corporate Counsel in preparation of legal documents on pre-litigation matters and liaising with external counsel when necessary;
• Keeping abreast of legal developments in IP, IT and Information, PD legislation, provision of timely alerts to business units.

Требования:

• A law degree from a reputable state university (MSU/MSLA/MGIMO/HSE preferred) and a strong academic record
• Qualified legal experience practicing law (3-5 years)
• Fluent in written and spoken English (minimum upper-intermediate level)
• Experience in drafting and negotiating contracts with a focus on IP matters;
• Strong legal research and writing skills

• Knowledge of English contract law, basics of international and foreign law, proven experience in legal support of IP, IT businesses will be a plus

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
