Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support M&A, business valuation, and other investment-related activities.
• Perform due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, risk assessment, and financial analysis.
• Support the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide strategic insights to drive decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduates from top-tier universities such as Russian Economic School, Higher School of Economics , or Moscow State University are highly preferred. Candidates with degrees from Financial University , RANEPA , Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, or MGIMO may also be considered.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Big 4 (Business Valuation, M&A, Due Diligence, Deal Advisory) departments. Or relevant experience in M&A or Strategy departments at major market players.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of valuation techniques and financial due diligence.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
