What will be tasks and responsibilities?

• Meetings with clients (usually current clients of other service lines);
• Preparation of offers and contracts on services of the department (time-to-time);

Coordination of current projects:

• Negotiation with clients of all requests on services of the department, search for optimum solutions;
• Consulting on general issues regarding customs clearance, certification of products for different groups of goods;
• Providing support to colleagues in case of difficult questions, problems in communication with clients etc.
• Preparation of presentations for speaking at events, also for SG Partners;
• Preparation\ updаtеof content on foreign economic activity topics for marketing purposes: articles, brochures, website (time-to-time);
• Entry into the CRM (Bitrix) information about contacts, companies, deals etc.;
• General consulting on customs legislation of the Russia (EAEU is a plus);
• General consulting on foreign economic activity topics (colleagues and clients).

What kind of professional experience and soft skills are we expecting?

• Higher education in foreign economic activity area, customs law;
• 3+ years’ experience in foreign economic activity area, work experience in a consulting company is a plus;
• Upper-intermediate English is a must;
• Strong organizational skills, good team player;
• Sociability and proactivity;
• Willingness and desire to develop hard and soft-skills.

What else do I need to know?

• Modern comfortable office in Moscow, 5-minute walk from Polyanka metro station or 10-minute walk from Tretyakovskaya or Novokuznetskaya metro stations;
• Flexible start of the working day (you can come to the office from 8:00 to 10:00);
