Responsibilities:

• Tax compliance - manage tax compliance planning and reporting (corporate and local) for MCC Russia, oversight accuracy and review of tax activities;
• Tax planning - manage strategic planning of direct and indirect taxes for all legal entities in Russia, determine appropriate and implement identified advantageous tax positions;
• Tax advice - advise on Russian tax rules and specific tax risks; contracts and deals review from tax perspective;
• Tax controversies - tax audits, appeals, litigations, claims and service companies;
• Transfer Pricing - manage and defend Metro global TP policies, prepare TP documentation for major controlled transactions MCC Russia, support APA process;
• Tax Monitoring project – support company in Tax Monitoring including reporting and vitrine of data.

Requirements:

• High education - economic, tax is preferable
• Work experience in large foreign companies more than 10 years, not less than 5 years in managing positions
• Expert knowledge in accounting and tax areas
• Representation skills inside and outside of the organization
• As a plus experience in one of Big 4 consulting companies and in industry
• Fluent English
