Finance department is in charge of the budgeting process in Nutricia. This team works with large data volumes to find the best option to be efficient in the Russian market. That’s not easy but it’s always interesting! ​

The main objective of the role is to control costs, budgeting, and analysis of Head office Overheads & Sales Force costs.

Responsibilities:

• Budgeting & Forecasting: quarterly bottom-up rolling forecast, monthly update;
• Participate in monthly financial closing: landing, accruals calculation, tracking expenses, submit reporting;
• Monthly reports & analysis: analyze monthly operating results against budget and latest rolling forecast;
• Business partner to HR, Head of functions: preparing reports, performance reviews and presentations, monthly meetings;
• FTE costs management;
• Unification of processes.

Experience & Skills:

• Higher education (Economics, Finance);
• 1-3 years of Finance experience;
• ERP knowledge (SAP);
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power Point);
• High analytical and strong communication skills;
• English - Intermediate.
