Wannabe recruitment is looking for a Financial Controller /Finance Manager with experience in an international company.

Our client is an international cosmetics company, one of the market leaders in Russia. We will be happy to hear from applicants who have experience in both operational financial management (reporting and analysis of key financial indicators, cost control, working with financial, contractual and HR documentation, etc.) and experience in optimizing financial accounting processes, developing strategies and plans. Experience in implementation or upgrading of 1C in an organization will be a significant plus.

Requirements for the successful candidate: - Higher education in economics or finance - Experience in a similar position - from 5 years - MS Excel - confident user - Experience in 1C is mandatory - English at C1 level - Personal qualities - highly organized, quick adaptability to change, ability to multi-task, team player

Job responsibilities in Financial Controlling:

- Preparing and submission of monthly financial reports to the company head office

- Monitoring of budget execution on a monthly basis

- Monitoring of the payments on a weekly basis

- Coordination of the annual budget building process

- Liaising with outsourced accountants, monitoring of the financial reporting documentation provided

- Planning and control of overheads

- Participation in internal audit of accounting statements - Interaction with legal advisors on current issues of the company - Preparation of additional ad-hoc reports when needed

Operational and HR-related Job Responsibilities:

- Ensuring HR documentation is in place in accordance with law requirements, submission of documentation to outsourced accounting firm for monthly payroll

- Liaising with logistics partner to ensure control of costs, goods movement and payments (customs clearance, warehousing costs, receipt of goods, etc.).

- Quarterly monitoring of stock/defective products movement

- Budget control for free products and samples for marketing and commercial departments, optimization of budget for product write-offs
