At Plonq we create products and technologies that allow users to gradually reduce smoking and make nicotine consumption a conscious choice.

From the very beginning we have been focused on forming a thoughtful adult users community all over the globe, providing an ethical alternative for adult smokers through research, deeptech and human-centered design.

This position requires:

• Proven experience in finance, preferably in a business partnering or analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Excel.
• Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels

Details:

• Provide insights on financial performance, including variance analysis and trend reporting
• Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations to drive strategic initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and develop financial solutions.
• Participate in business unit meetings to provide financial expertise and support decision-making.
• Support strategic planning initiatives with financial analysis and modeling
• Communicate financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders
• Identify areas for improving financial processes and systems
• Lead project initiatives aimed at enhancing financial efficiency and accuracy
