We’re looking for a talented Email & Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop responsive and visually engaging email templates for campaigns, newsletters, and automated workflows;
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align email designs with campaign objectives and brand guidelines;
• Optimize email designs for better performance, focusing on user experience, click-through rates, and conversions;
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of email templates across various devices, browsers, and platforms to ensure compatibility;
• Manage the process of preparing text content for emails, coordinating with copywriters to ensure timely delivery and quality;
• Monitor and refine email designs based on feedback, campaign performance metrics, and A/B testing results;
• Ensure all email assets maintain a consistent visual identity aligned with the brand’s guidelines;
• Occasionally create supporting marketing materials, such as banners or graphics, when required;
• Organize and prioritize email design projects to meet tight deadlines efficiently;
• Prepare brief reports on email campaign performance and design-related updates for the team;
• Stay informed on email design trends, best practices, and new tools to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of practical experience in email marketing and marketing design;
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma);
• Strong understanding of email design principles (e.g., responsive design, CTA placement);
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email design (basic level);
• Ability to create cohesive branding across email and marketing materials;
• Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills;
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and conversion-focused design;
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to manage text preparation processes with copywriters or marketing teams;
• Strong time-management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines;
• Capability to write brief reports on project progress and outcomes;
• Organizational skills to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Qualification that can be a plus:

• Experience in A/B testing and optimizing email campaigns is a plus.
