To support our nationwide operations, we’re looking for a Remote Dispatcher to help coordinate daily logistics, communicate with customers and drivers, and keep everything running smoothly from behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do

• Schedule and dispatch moving crews, trucks for local distance jobs
• Communicate with crew members on the matters related to the job
• Coordinate timing to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
• Monitor ongoing jobs, provide real-time support to drivers & customers, and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Track job progress using dispatching and CRM software
• Collaborate closely with operations, sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records of schedules, routes, and completed jobs

What We Expect

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher), clear and professional with U.S. customers and teams
• Previous experience in dispatching, logistics coordination, or operations (moving or transportation industry preferred)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once
• Comfort with digital tools like CRM systems, scheduling platforms, maps, and tracking software
• Quick problem-solving and calm decision-making under pressure
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently from a remote setup
