Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze new trends, products, and features in the DeFi market.
• Proactively source and identify new investment opportunities within the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Conduct due diligence, assisting the team in evaluating new investment opportunities through market research, product reviews, competitive analysis, metric assessments, user/customer reviews, and technical evaluations.

To Be Successful in This Role, We're Seeking the Following:

• A degree in Math, Physics, or Computer Science.
• In-depth understanding and relevant experience in the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, including a strong grasp of trends, themes, tokenomics, etc.
• A demonstrable passion for cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
• Strong written and analytical skills for deal analysis and internal reporting.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain self-guidance on a day-to-day basis.
• Experience in DeFi or blockchain-related product development (preferred).
• Previous experience working in a high-volume, time-critical environment.
• A continuous learning and growth mindset.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Fluency in English.

Will be a plus:

• A proven personal trading background, demonstrating a strong understanding of trading strategies and market dynamics.
• Significant experience and results in identifying and capitalizing on airdrop campaigns.
• Deep knowledge of stablecoin mechanics and strategies for leveraging them in DeFi environment.
• Prior experience in family office portfolio management, showcasing expertise in handling investment strategies and optimizing asset allocation.
