Cosmos Pro Media is an international holding that brings together several major projects in the fields of iGaming, IT and digital marketing.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for support heroes who are ready to help our customers in chats and by e-mails: from answering the questions about how the service works to solving technical problems. Our aim is to help clients without using automatic templates — we do believe that people are better than robots.

We expect you to:

Have English level at B2 and higher. We have customers from all over the world.
Be a confident PC User (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Have good communication skills. You are good at expressing your thoughts in a clear and structured way, both through text and speech.
Not be intimidated by monotonous tasks and activities.
Be result-oriented and responsible.

What we offer:

Comfortable office, a two-minute walk from the Avtozavodskaya metro station.
Hybrid work after the trial period that lasts 3 months.
2/2 work schedule, a 12-hour shift.
You may choose between day shifts or night shifts - whichever is convenient for you.
Starting salary is 50,000 rubles a month with the possibility to increase it to 60,000 rubles a month based on performance.
Extensive training where you’ll learn new things and important soft skills.
The ability to practice language with native speakers within the company.
Growth both in the Support Department and other Departments within the company.
