Oriflame Cosmetics Russia is glad to announce a new vacancy in Moscow office - CRM manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing, implementing and advancing the omnichannel CRM strategy;
- Manage and oversee all CRM and email marketing related activities;
- Partner across Marketing, Sales, IT and Customer service teams for key strategic inputs such as channel activation, predictive modeling and performance reporting;
- Establish and measure regional CRM goals, work across regions to identify and share best practices resulting;
- Management of program budgets and achievement of customer revenue targets, identification of opportunities to further drive revenue through customer campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies;
- Lead CRM and email marketing partner, identifying process opportunities and improvements to current ways of working;
- Create CRM roadmap to anticipate future needs for CRM’s continued evolution – people, process, technology;
- Managing projects of automatization and personalization in emailing;
- Leading process of email marketing tools integration;
- Analysis of competitors email marketing activities, benchmarking;
- Analysis of customer database, searching for growth points;
- Emailing concept and design management, setting goals to designers, copywriters and developers for newsletters, landing pages, special projects;
- Database management, segmentation;
- Chainmail management, sending management, deliverability management;
- Vendor management;
- Preparation of reports and presentations to management.
Reporting to Marketing Communication & ECOM Manager, Commercial Marketing
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years first-hand experience in implementing a successful CRM strategy (workflows/customer journeys planning, marketing automation, etc);
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Strong knowledge of how to use top-tier e-mail / marketing automation service providers in a country/region. User experience in Mindbox, Power BI is a must;
- Experience with setting up e-mail A/B tests;
- Experience with CRM reporting;
- Working knowledge of HTML is an advantage.
