​We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to oversee and develop our business in India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. Your primary responsibility will be to drive traffic to the region and create a comprehensive marketing strategy. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in these dynamic markets, working closely with various teams and partners.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or management within India, Bangladesh, or Pakistan.
- Knowledge of local market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Successful track record in driving traffic and achieving marketing goals.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills based on data.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive traffic in the region.
- Manage local teams and coordinate with international departments.
- Analyze the market and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with key industry players.
- Monitor the execution of marketing plans and achieve established KPIs.
- Prepare reports on performance results and present them to management.

- Experience in the online betting or iGaming industry.
- Extensive network of contacts in the industry within the region.
