• Higher education;

• The level of English is at not less than Upper-Intermediate;

• Work experience in protocol department in large organizations from 4 years;

• Work experience in electronic document management systems;

• Work experience in organizing corporate events;

• Experience in organizing internal corporate gifts, as well as gifts to partners;

• Work experience with contract organizations from receiving a proposal to closing the deal, with all the required documentation;

• Readiness for irregular working hours;

• Strong PC skills, knowledge of office software (MS Word, Excel, Power Point);

• Knowledge of 1C operation.

• Preparation and organization of events dedicated to significant dates and other events;

• Maintain an event plan;

• Protocol support of events with the participation of executives (meetings in the office and away, ensuring the participation of executives in events, working out the program and logistics, ordering passes, preparing meeting rooms, providing materials, meeting guests, organizing meals away, etc.);

• Create a list of birthdays and memorable dates;

• Communicating with all departments and employees of the company;

• Organization of corporate events;

• Organization of internal corporate gifts, as well as gifts to partners, with delivery throughout Russia;

• Interaction with contracting organizations from the receipt of proposals to the execution and closing of the transaction, with the execution of all documents;

• Execution of operational instructions of the management.
